- The restrictions take effect immediately once selected and confirmed (for 1- or 3-month periods).
- During Cooling-off, your account remains accessible for withdrawals, but you cannot place bets or receive bonuses, free play, or incentives.
Once the Cooling-off period ends, restrictions are lifted automatically with no further action required.
Self-Exclusion
- You may choose to self-exclude from all gaming activities and marketing.
- Duration: minimum 12 months, up to lifetime.

- Once activated, self-exclusion is irreversible and irrevocable for the selected duration.

- Any suspected duplicate accounts will be closed and further measures applied in line with our Agreement.

- After the self-exclusion period ends, you must request reactivation in writing (via email, chat, or support).
- We also reserve the right to exclude players at our discretion if signs of problem gambling are detected.
2.2. Limits
To help you manage your spending, you can set deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis:
- Once the limit is reached, you will be unable to deposit additional funds until the next period.
- You can manage these limits at any time:
- Decreases take effect immediately.
- Increases take effect only after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Active bets or tournaments already placed will not be affected, but further play will be blocked once your limit is reached.
